CAREER SKILLS PROGRAM PACKETS
Career Skills Program has two different packets for Service Members to complete depending on what program they choose. These are called an Individual Career Skills Packet and a Partner Career Skills Packet.
Individual Career Skills Packet
Service Members that choose an individual career skills program will receive all documents of the individual packet from one of our virtual CSP IAs. The CSP IAs will include the following items when sending a packet:
Documents:
- Individual Program Checklist
- Soldier Participation Memorandum (IMCOM 45: April 26)
- Internship Agreement (April 26)
The Individual Program Packet must include the following items for a completed packet:
- Soldier Participation Memo (IMCOM 45 April 26)
- Internship Agreement (April 26)
- Soldier Talent Profile
- Orders/Approved PAR (if separation date is not stated on STP)
- DD2648 (Capstone)

Partner Career Skills Packet
Service Members that choose a partner career skills program will receive a packet from one of our Virtual Center CSP IAs. The Virtual Center CSP IAs will include the following items when sending a packet:
Documents:
- Partner Program Checklist
- Soldier Participation Memo (IMCOM 45 April 26)
The Partner Program Packet must include the following items for a completed packet:
- Soldier Participation Memo (IMCOM 45 April 26)
- Soldier Talent Profile
- Orders/Approved PAR (if separation date is not stated on STP)
- DD2648 (Capstone)
