Pets living on the installation are required by CAM-REG 40-7 to be registered and compliant with the Fort Campbell Veterinary Center and the Housing Office. To be in compliance, pets must be up to date on vaccines, have a microchip, and have a negative fecal exam. The registration packet can be found on the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Veterinary Clinic webpage ✪ or physical copies are available at the Veterinary Center. Send completed forms to usarmy.campbell.medcom-bach.mesg.veterinary-center@health.mil or bring the forms to the clinic. Please allow 3-7 business days for registration to be complete before attempting to make an appointment.
Pets are serviced by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. The Veterinary Center does not see walk in appointments, emergencies, or provide after hour care. Individuals are highly encouraged to develop a relationship with an off-post veterinary practice in the event your pet requires immediate care during hours the Veterinary Center is closed. Veterinarians reserve the right to refuse services to aggressive or uncontrolled animals. Please ensure that your pets are properly restrained (leashed or kenneled) when brought to the Veterinary Center.
