The Fort Campbell Photo Lab is operated by the 40th Public Affairs Detachment and the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) Public Affairs Office.
 
Effective Oct. 1, 2025, the Fort Campbell Photo Lab will exclusively offer Command Photos on a limited schedule. The Fort Campbell Photo Lab will be open for walk-in hours only on the first and last Wednesday of each month from 9 - 11:30 a.m. and noon - 5 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
 
Eligibility for Command Photos:
  • The Fort Campbell Photo Lab provides Command Photos exclusively for Commanders, Command Sergeants Major, and First Sergeants at the company level and above.
  • The photo lab does NOT provide command or wall photos for programs such as EEO, SHARP, Soldier/NCO of the Quarter, etc.

  • We are located in Building 6559. You can search "DA Photo Fort Campbell" using Google Maps or other map smart phone apps for directions.

DA PHOTOS
  • Beginning July 31, DA Photo Labs will no longer be able to fulfill the requirements for official DA photographs as the Department of the Army Photograph Management Information System (DAPMIS) will sunset. The responsibilities and requirements of DA official photos can no longer be accomplished without DAPMIS.
