In Processing
Prior to their arrival, incoming personnel are assigned a sponsor that will assist them and their family members before and during the in-processing period. Sponsors should schedule an appointment at the in-processing facility at their location.
Incoming personnel must have a copy of their appointment memo, provided by their sponsor, and a copy of PCS orders before going to the in-processing facility.
TOTAL ARMY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (TASP) - SOLDIERS ONLY
Soldiers PCSing to USAG Benelux will need to use Army Career Tracker’s Total Army Sponsorship Program to request a sponsor and initiate the DA Form 5434 (Sponsorship Program Counseling and Information Sheet). Click here for more instructions.
CIVILIAN PERSONNEL ADVISORY CENTER (CPAC) - CIVILIANS ONLY
If you are a civilian employee, you should have been assigned a sponsor as part of the pre-employment process. If you have not been assigned a sponsor and are in need of one, let the CPAC Office know immediately.
U.S. ARMY DISASTER PERSONNEL ACCOUNTABILITY AND ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (ADPAAS)
U.S. Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS) standardizes a method for the Army to account, assess, manage, and monitor the recovery process for personnel and their families affected and/or scattered by a wide-spread catastrophic event. ADPAAS provides valuable information to all levels of the Army chain of command, allowing commanders to make strategic decisions which facilitate a return to stability. All U.S. Army personnel including Soldiers, civilians, family members, OCONUS contractors must have an updated ADPAAS. Go to the website to update your profile. Out Processing
The better you plan the easier your departure will be. Below is a recommended timeline for out-processing at USAG Benelux:
- 75-120 days prior to your departure date: Attend a PCS/Out-Processing briefing.
- 30-45 days prior to your departure date: Make an appointment with the In/Out-Processing Facility and send a copy of your transition orders.
- 10 working days prior to your departure date: Report to the In/Out-Processing Facility to pick-up your clearing paperwork
- 1 day prior prior to your departure date: Complete "final-out" at the In/Out-Processing Facility. Your community clearance papers are turned in to In/Out-Processing Facility. The staff will finalize the clearance and return a copy.
