NATO ID Cards
The DEERS/ID Card Section is only responsible for U.S. military ID cards. If you and your dependents are required to get NATO ID cards, please read the information below:
BELGIUM
U.S. personnel stationed at Chièvres Air Base or SHAPE will need to apply for a SHAPE ID card. Their sponsor will handle the application process prior to their arrival. After the application process is completed, please go to the SHAPE Registration Office to get the ID Card.
