Acceptable Identifications

YTC accepts the following IDs for unescorted access to the installation without the need for a National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) check:
- DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
- DD Form 2
- DD Form 1173 and 1173-1
- DD Form 2765
- Non-DoD Federal PIV cards
- Non-DoD Federal PIV-I cards
Personnel requesting unescorted access to YTC that do no have one of the above listed IDs may enter YTC after a favorable NCIC-III check using one of the following IDs:
- Driver’s license or identification card issued by a State or Possession of the U.S., provided it is REAL ID Act compliant (click here to check your state's status)
- U.S. Passport
- Veterans Identification Card issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
- Department of Homeland Security (DHS) "Trusted Traveler" Cards
- Transportation Worker Identification Card
- U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Cards/Credentials
- U.S. Department of State Driver's license
- Border Crossing Card (Form DSP-150)
- U.S. Certicate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-550)
- U.S. Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I-551)
- Foreign passport with a temporary (I-551) stamp or temporary (I-551) printed notation on a machine readable immigrant visa
- U.S. Refugee Travel document or other travel document or evidence of immigration status issued by DHS containing a photograph (Form 1-327, Permit to Reenter the U.S. and Form 1-571, Refugee Travel Document)
- Employment Authorization Document with photograph (Form 1-766) issued by DHS
- Identification card issued by Federal, State, or local government agencies, provided it contains a photograph and biographic information such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address
- U.S. Military or draft record
- Native American Tribal Photo ID
- Foreign government issued passport with a current arrival-departure record (Form 1-94 or l-94A) bearing the same name as the passport and containing an endorsement of an aliens nonimmigrant status, if that status authorizes the alien to work for the employer
- Non-DoD non-Federal PIV-I cards
