Training Development

 

TRAINING DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (TDD)

The Professional Courses Branch and the Functional Courses Branch manages Programs of Instruction (POI ) and Individual Critical Task Lists (ICTL) and the Collective Training Branch develops and manages CBRN collective training products - Collective Tasks, Drills, Unit Task Lists (UTL) and Mission Essential Task Lists (METL) used in Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS) and other training products. UTLs are recommended lists of tasks a unit should train during the year. The UTL will include the unit METL tasks, which a unit must train to be ready to perform its mission.
