Chief Warrant Officer Five Registe was born in St Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. He enlisted in the Army 12 June 1992. He attended Basic Training at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma and attended Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia for MOS 81Q (Terrain Analyst). He was appointed as a WO1 on 4 December 2001.
