KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany –U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz senior leaders have been working hard to get housing residents answers and solutions since the Army-wide housing crisis hit the news in February. “We’re lucky here in Rheinland-Pfalz.
