Public Affairs Services

  • Command Information Stories: Gather up the who, what, when, where, why and how, then work with our team to write an article for publication on our sites.
     
  • Website & My Army Post App Updates: Help keep the community informed with the most up-to-date information.
     
  • Social Media Posts and Shares: Some information is perfect for the garrison's official social media channels.
     
  • Security & Policy Review: Planning to publish a document publicly, deliver a speech in an official capacity, or otherwise engage with a non-Army audience? You should have PAO review your documents to make sure they meet the Army’s standards for security, accuracy, policy & propriety.
     
  • Media Training or PAO Informational Briefings: Work with the PAO team to tailor the right training and information for your audience.

How to Submit a Request

Important Guidelines

  • Timely Submission: Requests should be made well in advance to allow sufficient time for planning and coordination.
     
  • Eligibility for Services: PAO services are exclusively available for events and activities that directly support the Garrison Commander's mission and intent. Requests must align with the guidelines outlined in AR 360-1.
     
  • Non-Endorsement Policy: PAO services are limited to activities that directly support the garrison mission and do not promote or endorse external organizations.
     
  • Right to Refuse Requests: PAO reserves the right to decline requests that do not align with the garrison mission or support, or if other priorities require attention due to limited resources.

Request Photo or Video Support

Looking for multimedia support?

  • The 7th Army Training Command Training Support Activity-Europe (TSAE) handles all requests for official photos, photography and videography to support official missions, training, and events. Make a request through the Visual Information Ordering System (VIOS). CAC is required to access this site. 
  • The IMCOM-E Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC) offers services like graphic design, large-format printing, signs, conference badges and materials, and audiovisual support. For more information on the services EMC provides, those in theater can call DSN 544-6600 or commercial at +49 (0)611-143-544-6600.
     
  • American Forces Network (AFN) provides information to servicemembers and families stationed overseas via radio and television. Make an AFN request here: https://www.afn.mil/AFN-Stations/

Media Relations

The Public Affairs Office connects journalists with the garrison. Our team works with news outlets to provide accurate information, arrange interviews, and answer questions about our mission and people. 

We also prepare our workforce for effective media engagement.
