Service Culture Campaign
The IMCOM Service Culture Campaign focuses on solidifying a clear organizational identity to foster a strong sense of belonging for our civilian professionals and build trust with those we serve. This will be achieved through the standardization of our Vision, Mission, and IMCOM Principles across the enterprise.
Ultimately, this campaign reinforces that IMCOM's core purpose is to support the Army’s Soldiers – the “Rugged Professional” – and enable their readiness, recognizing they may face challenging and potentially dangerous situations.
We Are the Army’s Home. This statement encapsulates our commitment to providing essential support and a vital foundation for Army success.
