Administrative Services Division

Mission:

Provide professional administrative services relating to records management, official mail and distribution, publications and forms management, printing and reproduction, Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act and other areas of document management services to all members of the Presidio of Monterey, Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, and tenant units, to include sister services, in support of the Directorate of Human Resources mission.

*** Notice:  As a result of increases in the Health Protection Condition (HPCON) level, our offices are limited to mission-essential personnel only and maximizing the use of telework for other personnel. This means that we are unable to handle requests sent via traditional methods and can only respond to electronic inquiries while under elevated HPCON levels.
