CPT Sarah G. Chamberlin, a native of Calabasas, California, received her commission to the United States Army through the United States Military Academy in 2019 and branched Aviation. CPT Chamberlin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in English Literature.

Upon completion of flight school, CPT Chamberlin was stationed at Fort Carson, CO. She served as a Platoon Leader, Operations Officer, and Company Executive Officer for 3-4 Assault Helicopter Battalion and 2-4 General Support Aviation Battalion. She then served as a Brigade Operations Officer and Brigade Adjutant for The U.S. Army Aviation Brigade (TAAB) at Davison Army Airfield on Fort Belvoir, VA. In December of 2023, CPT Chamberlin was selected to teach English at the United States Military Academy beginning in 2026.

CPT Chamberlin's military education includes the Aviation Basic Officer Leader Course, SERE School, IERW (Initial Entry Rotary Wing) Course, UH-60 Black Hawk Course, Aviation Captain’s Career Course, and Ranger School. Her awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal (1 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (2 OLC), and the Army Aviator Badge.

CPT Chamberlin is married to her spouse, CPT James Palmer, of 4 years. They are the proud legal guardians of two wonderful dogs, Scooter (14) and Pepper (5).
