CSM Audrey X. Daugherty was born at Fort Carson, Colorado. She joined the Army in April 2003 and attended both basic training and advanced training at Ft Jackson SC and was awarded the MOS (42A) Human Resource Specialist.

During her tenure, SGM Daugherty has served in a myriad of leadership positions to include Chief Human Resources Sergeant, First Sergeant, NCOES Academic Liaison, Collateral Duty SARC, Operations NCO, Senior Drill Sergeant, Senior HR Sergeant, Protocol NCO, and a Team Leader of the Joint Personnel Security Detachment team while deployed.

CSM Daugherty’s civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Troy University with a minor in Military Science. She is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland pursuing a master’s degree in strategic communications.

CSM Daugherty is also a member of the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Club and a recipient of the Horatio Gates Bronze Medal. Her awards include Drill Sergeant I.D. badge, German Armed Proficiency Badge (Silver), DMSM (1), MSM (6), ARCOM (3), AAM (6), AGCM (7), MOVSM, NDSM, ACM-CS, GWTSM, KDSM, NCOPDR (NUM 6), ASR, OSR (2), and the NATO Medal.
