Plans & Operations

The Logistics Readiness Center (LRC), Plans and Operations (P&O) section is a team of highly dedicated specialist whose primary mission is to plan, coordinate, and assist in the development, review, and analysis of logistics portions pertaining to contingency, plans, operations, ceremonies, and special events for the installation. The P&O section coordinates and liaisons for all LRC functions (Transportation, Supply/Services, & Plans & Operations) in support of the Garrison Commander, primarily through timely request routed through the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS), JBM-HH via the JBM-HH DPTMS Request for Support Form. Central Issue Facility

The CIF is a logistical Readiness Center branch of the Supply and Services Division and also features Clothing Equipment Repair and alterations.

On the Myer Campus in Bldg. 313, CIF hours are Monday 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Tuesday 7:30 a.m. - noon; Wednesday- closed except for new Old Guard Soldiers; Thursday 7 a.m. - noon and Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Authorization and Issue of Ceremonial Blues Uniform
Note: This Facility has the unique mission to support The 3d Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) with ceremonial blues uniform.

Dining Facility 

The JBM-HH Dining Facility is open to all branches of military service and DoD employees with CACs. Click on Meal Rates for pricing.

Weekday Hours of Operation
Breakfast - 6:30 to 8:30 a.m.
Lunch - 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Dinner - 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Due to staffing, the JBM-HH Dining Facility will close temporarily on weekends and holidays starting Saturday, March 18, 2023. Weekday operations will continue as listed above.
