Power Outage
On Saturday 10 January and Sunday 11 January, there will be intermittent power outages on Caserma Del Din from 0800-1900. Contact USAG Italy Watch Desk at DSN: 314-646-5700 or COMM: 0444-71-5700 for any issues regarding this outage.

Gate Closure/Impact
On Tuesday 20 January 2026, Caserma Ederle Gate 2 (Chapel Gate) will be closed for outbound traffic. During this time Gate 1 will be open for outbound traffic.
Starting 12 January 2026 until 26 February 2026, Caserma Ederle Gate 2 (Chapel Gate) will be closed for inbound traffic. During this time, Gate 4 (Housing Gate) will be open for inbound traffic from 0530-1800. Gate 2 (Chapel Gate) will still be open for outbound from 1600-1800 using alternate lane.

Monday, 19 January 2026 is a Federal Holiday (MLK Day). As a result, many installation services within the USAG Italy footprint will be closed or have reduced services/hours.

Protests:
Planned protests will be held Saturday, 17 Jan 2026 at 1100, in Piazza dei Castello in front of Confindustria, and at 1500 at the crossroad between Via Sidrugia and Via della Scienza near the Vicenza Ovest Fairgrounds. Community members are asked to avoid the area.


Planned Demonstration Near Camp Darby
Local activist groups will hold a demonstration Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 2 p.m. near the main entrance of Camp Darby. While the event is expected to be peaceful, public gatherings can change quickly. Community members are advised to avoid the area.
