Reopening: 17 February 2026 at 0900

All Hawaii Soldiers requiring CIF services during the closure period

Why This Closure Is Necessary

Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is modernizing Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) operations by transitioning all Army OCIE systems and processes from the Installation Support Module–Central Issue Facility (ISM CIF) to the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SEAM).

What This Means

  • Absolutely no equipment issue, turn-in, or other transactions will be processed during the closure dates
  • This closure is mandatory to facilitate a critical upgrade of inventory and information management systems
  • The transition will improve long-term efficiency and service delivery

Reopening Information

Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 0900

The CIF will resume normal operations at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. All standard services will be available.

Important Note for Soldiers
