Final EIS
The Army has produced two versions of the Final EIS: one that will be published on the Environmental Review Program’s EIS online library showing tracked changes made from the draft to the final [in accordance with Hawai‘i Administrative Rules Section 11-200.1-27(b)(5)]; and a clean copy that will be published on the Environmental Protection Agency’s EIS website that does not show these changes. Both versions are available below.
