The West Point Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) services Department of the Army civilian employees on Fort Hamilton. This includes U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), Fort Hamilton Network Enterprise Center (NEC), Army Sustainment Command (ASC) and all appropriated fund and nonappropriated fund civilian garrison employees. Our mission at CPAC is to serve as a consultant to senior leadership on all matters pertaining to civilian personnel; and to provide advice, assistance and services to the civilian work force.
The Directorate of Emergency Services plans, directs and provides law and order, fire and emergency services, and protection operations in support of Fort Hamilton in order to provide a safe and secure environment for the soldiers, civilians, and families that work, live, or visit the installations.

The Directorate of Human Resources provides the Fort Hamilton community with essential human resources support services to enhance the quality of life for those who work, live, and raise families at Fort Hamilton and the surrounding communities in support of Soldier For Life (SFL). The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security executes security programs, plans and executes the emergency management and antiterrorism programs, coordinates and tracks the execution of tasks and orders, and supervises contingency planning for Fort Hamilton.
The mission of the Directorate of Public Works is to provide and maintain Fort Hamilton's infrastructure and facilities to protect the health and welfare of soldiers, their families, tenants, and civilians. They advise and assist the garrison commander and staff on all matters involving all facilities on the installation, including current and future real property usage; maintenance, repair and replacement of facilities; environmental requirements and efficiencies: snow removal: and coordination of housing requirement.

The mission of the Harbor Defense Museum of New York City is to collect, preserve, exhibit, and interpret historically significant material related to the history of Fort Hamilton and the seacoast defense in New York.
The legal office provides legal services to service members and their families to include claims, legal assistance, tax preparation, magistrate issues (including tickets), military justice, and administrative, civil, or labor law (including investigating officer appointments).
The Internal Review (IR) program provides an independent, objective audit & analysis activity within the command designed to add value & improve the command's operations. IR helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to foster a positive and strong management control environment & to evaluate and improve effectiveness of risk management and governance processes. The objective of the Army's IR program is to provide commanders & their staffs with a full range of professional internal review services that are timely, support local decision-makers & ensure effective stewardship.
The Logistics Readiness Center supports supports the Garrison Commander, Directorates, and external agencies with shipments of household goods, baggage, non temporary storage, non tactical vehicle support, freight movements, property book management, and vehicle maintenenance
The Plans, Analysis and Integration Office (PAIO) provides oversight of installation planning, develops strategic partnerships and alliances with external agencies, conducts analytical reviews, monitors Army baseline standards, captures and enables implementation of installation performance improvement and best business practices, measures installation quality and manages strategic communication integration activities and information releases to engage key audiences in New York City.
The Public Affairs Office, with operations of command information, public information and media and community relations, is the voice and face of Fort Hamilton, the only active duty installation in New York City.
The Resource Management Office functions as the garrison commander's primary resource management advisor and principal staff officer for appropriated fund resource management and financial matters. Daily activities are divided into two basic categories: Budget and Accounting and Manpower and Agreements. The RMO also serves as the liaison to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service for civilian employee pay matters.
The RSO provides comprehensive religious support for the spiritual and moral needs of Soldiers, other service members, family members, retirees, and authorized civilians.
The top priority of the installation safety office is to safeguard and protect service members, their families, civilian employees and Army property, as well as to create the safest workplace and living environment possible.
