Assisting transitioning Soldiers is our upmost priority and we are doing everything within our capabilities to make this as seamless as possible.

If a Soldier has an upcoming appointment or wishes to schedule an appointment, they contact their TAP counselor or local TAP center (by email, phone or Facebook Messenger). Contact information for all TAP centers, can be found on https://www.sfl-tap.army.mil/locations or by going to their local installation webpage or Facebook page. If unable to contact someone at the local TAP Center, the Virtual Center is available 24/7 at 1-800-325-4715.

Local TAP office will continue to provide transitioning Soldiers with their specific services and procedures.  In general TAP Centers will 1) conduct tele-counseling IAW their original counseling schedule (same counselor, same time, same Soldier...just by phone or other methods), 2) reschedule the appointment, if needed, 3) direct Soldiers to the Virtual Center, 4) as a last resort, we recommend using JKO at https://jkodirect.jten.mil.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
