EAP offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services for employees and their household members. EAP counselors also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs.
Services are provided by professional staff who have a minimum of a master’s degree. Our staff have training to work with individuals and families…they have additional training or certifications to enhance their expertise in working with particular problems.
Contact between you and EAP is confidential. Your visit is private. No information can be reported about you or your use of the EAP to anyone without your written consent, except when required by law. Nothing is included in your medical record or personal file.
An employee’s first visit is considered official duty status (Job related activities other than normal duties.)
