Private Rental Housing
Permanent Party Accompanied or Unaccompanied Military and Civilians live in local community non-government housing. Seeking housing in the local community can be a challenge, DoD civilians are recommended to submit their leases to the Housing Office for review before signing a contract.
When looking for housing there are several options available, i.e. using a local real-estate agent, searching on real-estate websites, or asking your sponsor for suggestions.
Rotational Units
All rotational unit personnel are required to live in on-post barracks at both MKAB and NSTA. Prior to arrival your units POCs will coordinate billeting with the Army Housing Office.
