The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) informs and educates Soldiers and their eligible dependents on their right to vote and have tool and resources to successfully do so - from anywhere in the world. The primary goal of the FVAP is to actively assist Soldiers, and other eligible individuals, with registering to vote without violating statute or regulation. FVAP also ensures that eligible personnel have the opportunity to vote and it be received on time.
