Client Services Division
The mission of the APG Client Services Division is to assist those eligible for legal services with their personal legal affairs in a timely and professional manner. The goal is to meet clients' needs for information on personal legal matters and to assist them in resolving their personal legal problems whenever possible. The program's existence is based on the Army's need for soldier readiness, morale, discipline, and maintenance of a quality force.
The Client Services Division (CSD) is a consolidated legal office offering a wide variety of free legal services in the areas of legal assistance, income tax assistance, real estate expense reimbursement and claims. Located in room 317 on the third floor of building 4305, the office is currently comprised of one attorney (Division Chief), two paralegal specialists and two claims examiners. Eligible clients include all branches of Active Duty Service Members (30 days or more), Retirees, and their Family Members; and under limited circumstances, civilian employees. For detailed information regarding services provided by the CSD staff, please refer to the individualized services listed in the directory under CSD. Clients seeking assistance for any of these services should contact 410-278-1583 or visit room 317 on the third floor of building 4305 during normal hours of operation.
