Tests – White Sands Missile Range supports the Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as commercial and international users on a reimbursable basis. More than 42,000 tests have been conducted at White Sands Missile Range the past 76 years. About 9 tests are conducted daily, and more than 3,000 annually.
Economic Impact – White Sands Missile Range produces an estimated economic impact of $5.3 million daily, and $1.9 billion annually in Las Cruces, Doña Ana County and the surrounding borderland region.
