New Civilian employees must report to the Community Service Center (Dillard Hall), Building 470, for in-processing per instructions in your welcome letter.
If reporting during working hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., you are required to check in wearing Service Alphas to Marine Corps Detachment, 14813 8th Street, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473, S-1, 573.596.1044.
If you report in after working hours, you will check in with the duty to building 1772 on Michigan Avenue POC: 573.337.9628 .

Navy personnel should report to the Navy Detachment at 1750 Cooley Ave. If reporting on weekends or holidays, contact duty personnel at 573.528.9065.
For students that will be checking into Fort Leonard Wood as a Fleet, returnee please contact the NMTI office at 573.596.1280. If you will be flying into either St. Louis or Springfield please communicate early with our staff to coordinate a pick up from the airport. Same goes for those personnel that will be driving to “A” school, communicate early with your intended arrival date to the schoolhouse so we can have your sponsor ready.
