The U.S Army Garrison Wiesbaden Self-Help program and store is available to help you, help yourself. Stop by to learn more about following good housekeeping practices and to receive assistance in performing simple maintenance and repair work.

The store has a wide variety of tools and supplies available for you to use and is located in building 7802 on Hainerberg. This Self-Help Store only serves Army Family Housing residents. Service members residing in unaccompanied housing must go to building 1757 on Clay Kaserne.

Things to remember before you go to the Self-Help Store

• In order to replace a broken item, you must provide the broken item to the Self-Help Store employee.
• You cannot replace your lawn mower with a different one (gas versus electric) based on preference.
• Fully functional items will not be replaced to include toilet seats. Toilet seats are direct exchange (DX) items and must be unserviceable/broken in order to be replaced.
• Some items can only be borrowed. It is important that these items are brought back within the authorized timeframe.
