Welcome to U.S. Army Garrison West Point Directorate of Human Resources. Whether you are a Soldier or Family member, DHR is here to help your transition to your new Army home.

Our mission at DHR is to serve as a consultant to the U.S. Army Garrison at West Point commander and staff; and to provide personnel advice, assistance and services to all levels of management and the work force.
DHR also maintains readiness of individual, families and communities by developing, coordinating and delivering education and social service programs that promote self-reliance, resiliency and stability.
The Directorate of Human Resources is the higher headquarters for: Military Personnel Division (MPD), Army Continuing Education System (ACES), Administrative Services Division (ASD) and the Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP).

The Administrative Services Branch (ASB) is responsible for providing overall support and serving as the principle US Army Garrison (USAG) West Point advisor for records management and printing, publications, and forms management.
The Armed Forces Substance Abuse Prevention program provides education & early intervention to help commanders, civilian supervisors, and the West Point community to reduce lifestyle risk factors and to increase healthy outcomes. We are committed to understanding our supported units and their missions, anticipating what is needed to sustain mission readiness, and proudly serving as a valued member of the Commander’s battle staff.
