Our Mission

The Directorate of Human Resources' mission is to provide equitable, effective and efficient human resources services to all military service members. DHR supports the areas of military and civilian personnel, continuing education, consolidated mailrooms, substance abuse programs, in and out processing, personnel actions and administrative support while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders to enhance the well-being of the Stuttgart military family.

Working to provide equitable, accurate, timely and efficient customer service to the Stuttgart Joint community through the Central Processing Facility, Personnel Services Branch, Passport and SOFA services, ID Cards, Retiree Services and Casualty Assistance while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders to enhance the well-being of the Stuttgart military family.
