Effective immediately, the Rock Island Arsenal Legal Assistance Office is limited to providing notary services and limited Powers of Attorney by appointment only. Unfortunately, due to significant manning shortfalls, we are unable to accept any new clients at this time. However, we have coordinated with the following legal offices to provide limited legal assistance services in the following four statutory areas: Domestic Violence, Privatized Housing, Army Adverse Information Program and special education.
