The Public Affairs Office supports USAG Okinawa by communicating on behalf of the installation and its leadership -- providing clear, accurate, timely information to internal and external audiences. The mission of the USAG Okinawa Public Affairs office is to inform internal and external publics and to fulfill the Army's obligation to keep the American people and the Army informed. Public Affairs operations help to establish the conditions that lead to confidence in America's Army and its readiness to conduct operations in peacetime, conflict and war.
