- Evaluation/Assessment: Comprehensive assessments to determine the nature and extent of substance use issues.
- Intervention: Brief interventions to address early-stage substance use concerns.
- Rehabilitation Services: Referrals and support for individuals seeking rehabilitation.
- Outpatient Treatment: Individual and group therapy sessions.
- Individual Counseling: Confidential counseling services tailored to individual needs.
- Group Counseling: Supportive group sessions for individuals facing similar challenges.
- Education: Providing education on substance abuse, addiction, and recovery.
- Referral: Connecting individuals with appropriate resources for ongoing care.
Drug Testing Information
Military Drug Testing: The Army conducts drug testing to maintain readiness, deter drug use, and support a drug-free environment. Testing is conducted in accordance with Army Regulation 600-85. Units are responsible for coordinating testing with the ASAP office.
Civilian Drug Testing: DoD civilian employees are subject to drug testing as outlined in Civilian Pamphlet 600-85. The ASAP office provides testing services for civilian employees. Contact the ASAP office at (831) 242-6588 to schedule testing.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP offers confidential counseling, referral, and support services to help employees address personal and work-related challenges. Services include:

- Referral to specialized services
- Legal and financial consultation
- Work-life balance resources
