Gary Sinise & LT Dan Band Concert

This free concert is for the FHL community but the public and media are invited. Mr. Sinise also hosts a VIP meet/greet prior to the concert which includes the garrison command team and their spouses, Gold Star families, FHL’s senior commander, garrison employee of the quarters, and local veterans.  Visit the FHL Facebook page for event photos and YouTube for the video.

250-mile Ruck March

Event Flyer
FHL conducts a 250-mile Ruck March starting at Camp Roberts and ending at our sub-installation Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (PRFTA). Invited participants include the 63rd Readiness Division, USAG Presidio of Monterey (POM), Camp Roberts, U.S. Army Recruiting Command, JROTC, ROTC, and all California Army Reserve units.

The Ruck March is divided into 5-mile increments; however, participants may sign up for multiple legs. The minimum for each leg is 2 people and 1 has to be a Soldier in uniform with a ruck/backpack.

The public and media are also invited to join in this ruck march.  Civilians do not need to carry a ruck/backpack.

Youth Fishing Derby

The Fishing Derby is FHL’s culminating event celebrating the Month of Military Child hosted by the FHL Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR). Event is primarily for military children, however, as a means to give back to the community, youth from the surrounding area are also invited. For more information on upcoming public events at FHL, visit https://hunterliggett.armymwr.com.
