We apologize for the inconvenience but the current pandemic has changed the way that Fort Knox conducts in-processing procedures maximizing physical distancing and teleworking. We are working to keep you, your family and our staff safe. Upon arrival to Fort Knox, all incoming personnel will report directly to Building 501, on Spearhead Division Ave, to be screened by Fort Knox Public Health and the staff. Building 501 is open 24 hours and the contact number is (502) 624-5512.

As you in-process, please annotate any issues you may have or improvements we can make to the process. Provide those comments to the Fort Knox Emergency Operations Center (EOC) so that we may streamline the process for future incoming personnel. Installation in-processing procedures for Soldiers
The Fort Knox Military Personnel Division (MPD) conducts Installation In-processing procedures on a walk-in basis. Monday-Thursday 8-11:30 a.m. and on Friday 8:30-11:30 a.m.
Upon arrival to Fort Knox, Soldiers must first report to building 501. Upon being cleared by building 501, Soldiers will then report to Rockenbach Hall, building 2020, 159 Black Horse Regiment Road, room 130, for processing.
Each Soldier will receive a personalized, one on one, in-processing briefing by the MPD staff. Soldiers will review personnel documents required for in-processing and the installation in-processing checklist will be issued.
