We are working to keep you, your family and our staff safe. Upon arrival to Fort Knox, all incoming personnel will report directly to Building 501, on Spearhead Division Ave, to be screened by Fort Knox Public Health and the staff. Building 501 is open 24 hours and the contact number is (502) 624-5512.

As you in-process, please annotate any issues you may have or improvements we can make to the process. Provide those comments to the Fort Knox Emergency Operations Center (EOC) so that we may streamline the process for future incoming personnel. Installation in-processing procedures for Soldiers
Effective July 20, the Fort Knox Military Personnel Division (MPD) will begin scheduling daily installation in-processing briefings for incoming Soldiers.
After first reporting to Building 501 upon arrival to Fort Knox, Soldiers will then go to Building 2020 to schedule their installation in-processing briefing and subsequently report to their organization for accountability.
During the MPD in-processing briefing, Soldiers will review personnel documents required for in-processing, and the DA Form 5123-1, In-processing Personnel Record will be issued.
