ATTENTION VANPOOL COORDINATORS!!
The new statutory limit of $300 is in effect, and participants can put in their applications to that limit. The $300 is not automatic, it is the available benefit amount.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-prior to submitting application for the increase please ensure we have your most current invoice & ridership log to recalculate benefit amount, the benefit amount is determined by your invoice and ridership logs
-takes 45days to process, ie: submit 18FEB for an effective date of 1APR
-change applications are like new enrollment applications, must be electronically signed by all, & incomplete applications will be returned without action
-submit change applications via your vanpool coordinator, and have the coordinator submit all together not piece emails

Who is eligible to participate?
- All Army Active Component (AC) military service members.
- Army Reserve Component (RC) military service members (Army Reserve and Army National Guard) who are currently on active duty.
- DoD/DA Federal civilian employees, including part-time federal employees and interns.
- DA Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) personnel employed by a duly constituted Army Non-Appropriated Funded Instrumentality (NAFI) under the control of the Secretary of the Army and organized under the provision of AR 215-1 (Military Morale, Welfare, And Recreation Programs And Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities), (e.g., NAFI activities managed by the U.S. Army Family and Morale Welfare and Recreation Command).

All applications must be submitted with digital CAC-enabled signatures and via the applicant's own government e-mail address.
