The Army has made available for public review and comment the Finding of No Practicable Alternative to the Environmental Assessment on the Construction of a Military Housing Development for U.S. Army Garrison-Miami, Doral, Florida. The Draft EA and Finding of No Significant Impact were released for public comment from Jan. 22 – Feb. 22, 2021. The public comment period for the FONPA will end Sept. 25, 2021.
