This section contains documents related to the Army Training Land Retention at Pōhakuloa Training Area (PTA) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that have been publicly released to date. As new documents are released, they will be provided here.

Documents are formatted in consideration of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. Section 794d). The Army has produced two versions of the Final EIS: one that will be published on the Environmental Review Program’s EIS on-line library showing tracked changes made from the draft to the final [in accordance with Hawai‘i Administrative Rules Section 11-200.1-27(b)(5)]; and a clean copy that will be published on the Environmental Protection Agency’s EIS website that does not show these changes. Both versions are available below.
