If you are needing a promotion certificate printed, you must email the Promotions and Personnel Section. Email must include the following information:

  • Promoted Soldier Member’s full name
  • New Rank
  • Date of the New Rank
  • Point of contact (Once promotion certificate is done printing, the records manager team will contact the POC to come pick it up)
  • Promotion order
  • Supporting documents for promotion

When picking up the certificate:
Please bring BLANK CERTIFICATE(S) with you. Unfortunately, we do not provide certificates so if one is used from our files, it must be replenished by the unit.
