The Army Substance Abuse Prevention program provides a healthy installation environment, free of substance abuse and substance abuse-related problems for Soldiers, civilians, retirees, and their family members. Our mission strengthens the overall fitness and effectiveness of the Army’s workforce, conserves manpower, and enhances the combat readiness of Soldiers.

Looking for Army Substance Abuse Program clinical care? The Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care (SUDCC) is the Army's new model for providing substance use disorder and other behavioral healthcare in an integrated, unit-aligned, and co-located manner.
