Soldier Family Legal Services provides confidential counsel to Soldiers, retirees, civilian employees, and their families regarding their personal legal affairs. The information, advice, and assistance responsive to legal needs enhances morale and is a very important aspect of unit readiness. We offer a variety of legal services in the following areas: Marriage Services, A-3 Visa/SOFA Stamp Services, Immigration and Naturalization Services, SOFA Liaison Services, and Claims Services. While many services require an appointment to speak with an attorney, clients can also take advantage of walk-in services to have documents notarized and obtain powers of attorney.
Army Community Service (ACS) provides the following programs and resources for service members their families, retirees and DoD Civilians: Army Emergency Relief (AER), Army Family Action Plan (AFAP), Army Family Team Building (AFTB), Army Volunteer Corps (AVC), Exceptional Family Member Progam (EFMP), Family Advocacy Program (FAP), Financial Readiness Program, Information, Referral & Follow-up (IR&F), Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC), Mobilization, Deployment & Support Stability Operations (MD&SSO), New Parent Support Program, Relocation & Employment Readiness Program, Survivor Outreach Services (SOS).
Under AR 930-4, Army Emergency Relief provides EMERGENCY financial assistance in the form of a non-interest bearing loan, grant, or a combination of the two.
The Armed Forces Substance Abuse Prevention program provides education & early intervention to help commanders, civilian supervisors, and the USAG Area IV community reduce lifestyle risk factors to increase healthy outcomes. We are committed to understanding our supported units and their missions, anticipating what is needed to sustain mission readiness, and proudly serving as a valued member of the Commander’s battle staff.

The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center recruits, retains and sustains a high quality volunteer force through innovative and effective enterprise solutions and ensures human resources readiness of the Total Army across the full spectrum of operations.
The Camp Walker Commercial Travel Office assists Soldiers and civilians with booking their Official Travel, for the purpose of PCS, Emergency Leave, TDY, retirement, etc.
Our mission is to ensure enrollment in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), and provide Common Access Cards (CAC) and/or Official Identification Cards to Soldiers, Family members, Retirees as well as Civilian and Contract Employees working.
We provide force protection, law enforcement, physical security (Pass and ID, vehicle registration), access control, fire and emergency services, and police and community liaison services to the USAG Daegu Area IV community.
Family and MWR bridges the gap between the garrison and the local community, and contributes to the Army's strength and readiness by offering services that reduce stress and build skills and self-confidence for Soldiers and their Families.
Online Driver's Training:
USFK's online driver's training and test on JKO are now mandatory. This change allows sponsors to assist authorized troops and families and set them up for success before they arrive. You may not go straight to the test and skip training. You must take the training first before you will be allowed to take the test. A passing score on the test is required to receive a POV license and/or a military/GOV license. Service members will need to establish JKO accounts for dependents who will be taking the training and test.
