The Administrative Services Division works to provide equitable, accurate, timely and efficient customer service to the U.S. Army Garrison Benelux community. ASD includes document services, records management and postal services.

ASD’s areas of responsibility
Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act
ASD sends requests for U.S. Army Garrison Benelux contracts to the U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) procedures are explained in “A Citizen’s Guide to Requesting Army Records Under the Freedom of Information Act” which is on the website.
Records Management
ASD provides assistance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS), maintain Records Holding Area, office symbol (USAG only) and distribution formula services, correspondence management, staff directory, Vital Records program, and management information control.
Publications and Forms Management
ASD publishes U.S. Army Garrison Benelux publications and forms in electronic format. We cannot convert DD or DA forms. We approve publications and forms accounts for forwarding to the U.S. Army Publishing Directorate. Documents are listed on the Army Publications and Forms website.
Postal Services
The U.S. Post Office provides services such as mailing letters, parcels and post cards at the U.S. Army Garrison Benelux. The post offices provide money orders, stamps, boxes and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and Priority Express to ship your mail. LEARN MORE ABOUT ARMY POST OFFICES.
