APG In-processing Procedures

The Directorate of Human Resources and Military Personnel Office are here to assist in your in-processing needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Service members and Department of Army civilians must report to the Kirk U.S. Army Health Clinic for medical pre-screening prior to starting any in-processing. See Kirk information below. Contact your unit after receiving documentation from Kirk. Provide your Exception to Policy, PCS orders and/or DA Form 31 to the MPD. The majority of in-processing at APG is virtual. Kirk U.S. Army Health Clinic

The Kirk U.S. Army Health Clinic at APG is committed to offering you the most hospitable welcome. Our mission is to be stewards of military readiness, and to enhance the health and resilience of all entrusted to our care. Your COVID-19 medical screening is conducted at Bldg. 2501, Oakington St., APG-North, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. No appointment necessary. Army Community Service/Child and Youth Services

Army Community Service offers virtual services, including the Exceptional Family Members Program, the Financial Readiness Program and Army Emergency Relief. Child and Youth Services also offers virtual services. Families currently stationed or moving to APG can easily search for and request childcare through the MCC website at www.MilitaryChildCare.com. The site is an online gateway to all military-operated or military-subsidized childcare options worldwide across services. MCC enables families to submit requests for care where they live, or at any installation they think they may move to next - even before their orders are issued. Families are encouraged to start the childcare search process as early as possible. Relocating families can get on waitlists far in advance, then update their requests on MCC when their permanent change of duty station is confirmed. Logistics Readiness Center

The Logistics Readiness Center is committed to providing you with a safe transition, and is here to assist with all your transportation requirements. Our quality assurance inspector will contact you prior to your scheduled household goods delivery date and provide all PPE requirements. The LRC is located in Bldg. 4305, 6488 Rodman Rd., Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST, and can be reached at (410) 306-2056/2057.

The Central Issue Facility will support service members' equipment needs by coordinating a scheduled appointment with their designated unit's supply POC and/or by contacting Andrew Eisner at (410) 436-2936, andrew.d.eisner2.ctr@mail.mil, or Kenneth Gardner at (410) 278-2938, kenneth.j.gardner16.ctr@mail.mil

Religious Support Office

Provide Religious staff advisement to the Garrison Commander, allocate resources (to include Unit Ministry Teams) in support of Installation contingencies, supervise Chapel programs, facilitate Chaplain-Corps specific training for Corps personnel, participate in the Community Health Promotion Council.
