  • ID Card Facility:   Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and walk-ins are accepted based on availability, Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 1200 p.m. by appointment.  Closed on Thursday afternoon (1300) for system maintenance and administrative training requirements.

Our mission is to ensure enrollment in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), and provide Common Access Cards (CAC) and/or Official Identification Cards to Soldiers, Family members, Retirees as well as Civilian and Contract Employees working on Fort Leonard Wood.
Duty uniform is required when in-processing or picking up clearing papers. Soldiers must have a copy of their PCS orders and DA Form 31 (leave form) when in-processing. Soldier will need their new home address to temporary residence as well as beneficiary's contact information if a new beneficiary is being assigned. Appointments for Post Clearing Papers are made after 1 p.m. S1s are to email clearing appointment request to usarmy.leonardwood.id-training.mbx.usag-flw-dhr-mpd-actions@army.mil. When picking up clearing papers, Soldiers will need the following: An Appointment, Orders, DA Form 31 and be in uniform. (A leave form is required even if the leave is only for travel time to the next duty station).
Reassignment Briefs are each Tuesday starting at 8 A.M. S1s will notify Soldiers of their briefing dates and furnish Soldier with the required documents to bring to their briefing. (573) 596.2201. The TASP aim is to help Soldiers better integrate into the Army, assist them as they transition to different units, and ensures they are assigned sponsors prior to reporting to their next duty station. Obtaining a sponsor reduces the stress of reporting to a new unit, enhancing resiliency and improving readiness among Soldiers and Family members, and ensuring successful reception and integration into units and communities. Each Unit, Battalion, or Brigade has a Sponsorship Coordinator to assist out-going and in-coming in their transition to their nest assignment.
Assist Soldiers, their Families, and DA Civilians with simple, timely, effective, and positive transitions, promoting long-term satisfaction and association with the Army through Veterans Opportunity to Work (VOW) and Career Readiness Standards (CRS) compliance.
