Mr. Richard A Fromm

        In June 2023, Richard was assigned to serve as the Deputy to the Garrison Commander for U.S. Army Garrison Alaska. Prior to serving as a DA Civilian Mr. Fromm served in the US Army for 35 years retiring from active duty in October 2019.
