Command Sgt. Maj. Roberto C. Franco
CSM Roberto C. Franco hails from Pomona, California. He joined the United States Army in August of 1996 as a Bridge Crewmember (MOS 12C). CSM Franco attended the Combat Engineer One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

CSM Franco’s military education includes all levels of the Noncommissioned Officer Education System through the Sergeants’ Major Course (Class 69). He is a graduate of Air assault school, Master Fitness Trainer Course, U.S. Army Drill Sergeant School, Combatives Level 1/2, Battle Staff Course, Observer Controller Trainer Academy, Dismounted Counter IED Master Trainer course, and Master Resilience Trainer Course. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts in Leadership and Workforce Development from Excelsior University.

CSM Franco is married to his childhood sweetheart and former neighbor, Lissette Franco, also from Pomona, California. They have two children.
