Our Mission
The Directorate of Human Resources provides the Fort Sill community with essential human resources support services to enhance the quality of life for those who work, live, and raise families at Fort Sill and the surrounding communities in support of Service Member For Life (SFL). The Directorate of Human Resources is made up of the following divisions and programs.
The various agencies within the Military Personnel Division are responsible for providing installation level personnel services to military personnel within Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
The Administrative Services Branch (ASB) is responsible for providing overall support and serving as the principle US Army Garrison (USAG), Fort Sill advisor for records management and printing, publications, and forms management.
The Armed Forces Substance Abuse Prevention program provides education & early intervention to help commanders, civilian supervisors, and the Fort Huachucha community reduce lifestyle risk factors to increase healthy outcomes. We are committed to understanding our supported units and their missions, anticipating what is needed to sustain mission readiness, and proudly serving as a valued member of the Commander’s battle staff.
As a Casualty Assistance Center (CAC), we coordinate Army casualty and mortuary operations and Military Funeral Honors for the states of Arizona, Nevada, and southern California.
Simply stated, our mission is to assist Army Families in an emotionally stressful time.
The Army Continuing Education System (ACES) mission is "To vigorously promote lifelong learning opportunities to sharpen the competitive edge of the Army by providing and managing quality self-development programs and services."
