The Welcome Center, known simply as "building 4700", is a state-of-the-art, five story building on Mow-Way Road at Fort Sill, Okla. Named for Medal of Honor recipient 1st Lt. Lee R. Hartell, it houses almost all of Fort Sill’s Soldier and family support agencies as well as the Fort Sill Reception Detachment.
For Incoming Personnel:
All Permanent Party Soldiers must report to the Reception Detachment at the Welcome Center, Building 4700 on Mow-Way Road:
Welcome Center is open 24/7, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas.
For Soldier and Family Support Agencies:
Building 4700 is closed daily at 1630 Monday-Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays personnel actions
