The Privacy Act of 1974, establishes a Code of Fair Information Practice that governs the collection, maintenance, use and dissemination of personally identifiable information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies.
The U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Military Postal Service operates as an extension of the U.S. Postal Service to bring authorized members of the Baumholder and Kaiserslautern communities the most expeditious and efficient, personal and official mail services possible, comparable to that enjoyed domestically.
