SUBMIT Maintenence WORK ORDERS WITH THE
ARMY MAINTENANCE APPLICATION (ArMA)!
It's not just for housing! ArMA is for all maintenance work orders, from housing, to appliances, to on-post workspaces. Here's how to get started:
1. Set up your ArMA Account.
- For housing, you'll need the resident's personal email address (.com), the military sponsor's .mil email address, and the resident's personal contact information, including building/barracks unit number.
The military sponsor will receive an email which MUST be replied to within 7 days, or the account will expire. An account can be sponsored by the resident, or by a unit POC. - For on-post workspaces, you'll just need your CAC.
2. Start a ticket to submit your work order.
To submit a work order, start a ticket in the 'Maintenance Support' tab in ArMA. Select the category (or the closest match) for your request. When all information is completed and submitted, you will receive a confirmation number.
3. Use ArMA to check the status of your ticket using the confirmation number.
