CSM David M. Franks
Command Sergeant Major Franks is a native of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. He entered the Army in May 2001 from Kansas City, Missouri as an Administrative Specialist. He attended Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
